Staff is friendly and on point for information and regarding appointment timelines. Good prices too, saved 35.00 on tire swap opposed to Canadian tire were i took my wifes truck. Getting future work done in January and based off other reviews this is the place. They ensure all customers are happy.

This review is way overdue! Erol's is hands down the best garage I have used since moving to Canada! They provide honest, quality service at a fair price! I've certainly been to cheaper garages, but what does that do for me when they either talk me into repairs that I don't actually need or miss the important stuff?! Erol's has been amazing in every way so far and you can tell that they hire knowledgeable and friendly people all around, from their service desk to their technicians. I'm very happy that I found this place! Keep up the good work :)

I had booked in a few weeks ago for a winter tire change. Unfortunately there was a scheduling change when I got there that morning. I was prepared to stay and wait. When I arrived right at 8 AM I was told that couldn’t happen. I said no big deal it really wasn’t an issue as I didn’t have anything planned that day. I got a phone call from the owner himself (Erol) apologizing for the mistake on their end later that morning. Again I emphasize that wasn’t a problem.
They had my truck ready around 10 am that morning. When I went in to pay he gave me a discount on his work. I was floored, he didn’t have to do that. I just wanted to say a big Thank You! to Erol and his staff for their fantastic service and workmanship. You have made a life long customer.
